TERMS & CONDITIONS:


1. Scope of Services

  • The consulting services provided by Cogniventor India Pvt Ltd are tailored to the specific needs of each client and outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.

  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate agreement and additional charges.

2. Engagement & Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to commence the consulting engagement.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before report delivery or as per the agreed timeline.

  • An additional 5% charge of the project value will be applied upon completion of the deal, on a per-project basis.

  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Online Payment. Transaction fees, if applicable, are to be borne by the client.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection Privacy Policy

  • Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any business information shared during the engagement.

  • No proprietary or sensitive client information will be disclosed without prior written consent.

4. Consulting Outcomes & Liability

  • Recommendations provided are based on industry best practices and client-provided data. The success of implementation depends on the client’s execution and external market conditions.

  • Cogniventor India Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any financial loss, business disruption, or unforeseen challenges arising from the consulting advice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services before processing at no additional cost.

  • No refunds will be issued once the consulting process has started.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamilnadu India.

  • Any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nagercoil courts.

By engaging our consulting services, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
 
7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • No Physical Products: Our services are entirely digital or consultation-based; no physical products are shipped.

  • Service Delivery: Reports, analyses, and consulting deliverables are provided within the agreed timeframe.

  • Processing Time: Service execution begins after advance payment and receipt of required client information.

  • Mode of Delivery: Deliverables will be shared via email, cloud access, or online meetings.

  • Revisions & Adjustments: Any additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
